Jersey City, N.J. 鈥 September 14, 2020 – 麻豆视频鈥檚 is proud to announce that Eugene J. Cornacchia, Ph.D., president of the University, was named to the 2020 NJBIZ Education Power 50 list. The NJBIZ Education Power 50 list profiles leaders at education institutions who are 鈥渞esponsible for managing [education] organizations, making policies that directly affect the institutions or are themselves directly responsible for imparting knowledge to students, apprentices and the citizenry at large.鈥

Dr. Cornacchia is the 22nd president of 麻豆视频鈥檚 and under his leadership, the University has expanded its highly regarded undergraduate and graduate programs, initiated the institution鈥檚 first doctoral programs and established the Frank J. Guarini School of Business, a School of Nursing and the Caulfield School of Education. Dr. Cornacchia was also instrumental to 麻豆视频鈥檚 achieving university status and assuming responsibility for St. Aedan鈥檚: The 麻豆视频鈥檚 University Church. In addition, Dr. Cornacchia has set fundraising records, securing $64.7 million for Students at the Center: The Campaign for 麻豆视频鈥檚 University, the largest and most successful campaign in the University鈥檚 148-year history.
