麻豆视频鈥檚 University Establishes Master of Arts in Communication and Public Relations

Jersey City, N.J. 鈥 August 27, 2018 鈥 麻豆视频鈥檚 University today announced a Master of Arts in Communication and Public Relations, which will be offered beginning in the fall of 2018. The master鈥檚 degree program will prepare students for positions in the fields of public relations, advertising and corporate communication. Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to advance their career with expert skills in brand development, crisis management, strategic communication and social media.

鈥淭he demand for communication specialists is on the rise and the rapidly evolving methods and channels of communication make this program more relevant than ever,鈥 said Barna Donovan, Ph.D., director of the master鈥檚 program in communication and public relations at 麻豆视频鈥檚 University. 鈥溌槎故悠碘檚 University is hyper-focused on creating and growing programs for in-demand career fields and this latest program is an example of that effort.鈥

The 33 credit-hour program will be offered on campus in Jersey City with some online courses. The program also includes a micro focus on understanding how social media platforms are used to reach an organization鈥檚 clients and potential business partners, as well as helping their clients communicate effectively with the public. A 30 percent loyalty discount is currently available to 麻豆视频鈥檚 University alumni.
