Jersey City (April 1, 2005) – Dr. William L. Portier, The Mary Ann Spearin Chair of Catholic Theology at the University of Dayton, will deliver the Annual Keating Lecture on Monday, April 4 at noon in the Degnan Room. Dr. Portier’s address is entitled Genealogy of a Metaphor: Evolution and the Warfare Between Science and Religion. The event is cosponsored by the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s College Theology Department and the Catholic and Jesuit Identity Committee.
