Dedication of Sculpture of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and Catholic Imagination Symposium

Jersey City, NJ (March 17, 2005) The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s College community will celebrate the dedication of the sculpture of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ on Thursday, March 31 at 2:30 p.m. A symposium on The Catholic Imagination will follow in the Roy Irving Theatre at 3:15 p.m. Author Peter Quinn (Banished Children of Eve and Hour of the Cat) will speak.

James Fisher, Professor of Theology and Co-Director of the Francis and Ann Curran Center for American Catholic Studies at Fordham University , and Robert McCarty, S.J., Associate Professor of English at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s, will serve as respondents. The event is sponsored by the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s College Catholic and Jesuit Identity Committee and The Francis and Ann Curran Center for American Catholic Studies at Fordham University.
