Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s English Department Leads Spring Break Travel Class

For Spring Break 2026, English department professor Rachel Wifall, Ph.D., along with Writing Studies instructor Constance Wagner, M.A., led the travel class, “Literary and Historical Travels: Greece”. They studied the history of Greece and its influential mythological and literary traditions. At the same time, analyzed a selection of literature from ancient times as well as contemporary adaptations of it. They visited Athens, Olympia, Delphi, Kalambaka, Meteora, and experienced ancient theaters and holy sites, as well as a Mediterranean island tour of three beautiful islands in the Saronic Gulf: Poros, Hydra & Aegina.
