Prolific Jersey City Coaches Speak at Doyle Symposium
Two speakers who have deep Jersey City roots discussed 鈥淧reventing Juvenile Delinquency Through Sports, Supervision and Self-Esteem鈥 at the 17th Annual Stephen D. Doyle Criminal Justice Symposium on Thursday, April 6. Jerry Walker, president and CEO of Team Walker, and Bob Hurley 鈥71, president and head basketball coach of Saint Anthony鈥檚 High School shared their philosophies on how athletics, such as basketball, help keep at-risk youth off the streets.
