{"id":47,"date":"2012-07-25T17:57:37","date_gmt":"2012-07-25T17:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/residence-life\/?page_id=47"},"modified":"2025-03-19T13:57:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T17:57:40","slug":"overnight-guest-request","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/residence-life\/current-students\/overnight-guest-request\/","title":{"rendered":"Overnight Guest Request"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>You can request a day and\/or overnight guest <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdFGRzt49hCrYMAo4-ED9l_OaAphsRBTn59MtSjME5i2BR1aw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via our Residence Life Guest Request Form<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should not assume your Overnight Guest Form is approved until you receive an e-mail to your Â鶹ÊÓƵ\u2019s University account with an approval \/ denial response from a Residence Life Professional.<\/li>\n<li>You must submit your Overnight Guest Request at least 3 business days in advance in the presence of a Residence Life Professional.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for the actions of your guest(s). You and your guest(s) must abide by all Â鶹ÊÓƵ\u2019s University and Residence Life policies. All guest policies can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/residence-life\/current-students\/policies-and-regulations\/#guest\" aria-label=\"overnight guests\">on the Policies and Regulations page.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>No guest may stay more than two consecutive nights, and no more than two guests are allowed per night\/per resident.<\/li>\n<li>If you would like to request longer than 2 consecutive nights you must put in a request in writing to <a href=\"mailto:reslife@saintpeters.edu\">reslife@saintpeters.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Please keep in mind that all overnight guest forms needed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday must be submitted via the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdFGRzt49hCrYMAo4-ED9l_OaAphsRBTn59MtSjME5i2BR1aw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Residence Life Guest Request Form<\/a> by 12pm on the Wednesday beforehand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>YOUR ROOMMATES MUST APPROVE OF YOUR GUEST BY APPROVING THE COPY OF YOUR FORM THEY ARE SENT AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE.<\/p>\n<p>Completing this form starts the process.
