Edison, N.J.<\/strong> – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has announced that three juniors from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s College women’s soccer team have been selected for the 2008 MAAC Women’s Soccer All-Academic Team. <\/p>\n

Christine DeMedici, Katelyn Matousek, and Bertha Munoz were among the 85 student-athletes selected for this year’s team. In order to be considered, a student-athlete must have completed at least two semesters at her institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.0 scale.<\/p>\n

Christine DeMedici is a midfielder from Point Pleasant, N.J., majoring in elementary education. Katelyn Matousek is a midfielder from Ravena, N.Y., majoring in criminal justice. Bertha Munoz is a forward from Jersey City, N.J. and is majoring in economics.<\/p>\n
