Dr. Richard Petriello Named Associate Dean Of The Undergraduate College<\/FONT><\/B><\/FONT><\/P> August 13, 2002<\/I>–Jersey City, NJ – Dr. Richard Petriello (Bloomfield, NJ), who has taught at Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s College since 1974, has been named the Associate Dean of the undergraduate college. He will continue to teach biology courses at the College and will now assist Dean Gene Cornacchia in various academic initiatives. The announcement was made by the College’s Academic Vice President, Dr. Alexandra Gregory.<\/FONT><\/P> “The appointment of Dr. Petriello to the position of Associate Dean is an important step that will allow us to provide additional administrative Dr. Petriello was named Chair of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s College Biology Department in 2001. He did his undergraduate work at Iona College and Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s College is the Jesuit College of New Jersey. Founded in 1872, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s has an enrollment of more than 3,000 students in undergraduate and graduate programs. The main campus is located in Jersey City and a branch campus, specializing in adult education, is located in Englewood Cliffs.
