Simply type in the name of each group or individual that you\u2019d like to share with, and set what level of access you\u2019d like them to have &#8211; for example, if you want all Employees (Faculty, Staff, and Administrators, but not students) to see \u201cOnly Free\/Busy\u201d, paste the email address \u201c<a href=\"mailto:employees@saintpeters.edu\">employees@saintpeters.edu<\/a>\u201d into the \u201cEnter email address\u201d field, set it to \u201cSee only Free\/Busy\u201d and then click \u201cAdd Person\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1522\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2016\/07\/5.png\" alt=\"5\" width=\"740\" height=\"56\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2016\/07\/5.png 1047w, https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2016\/07\/5-300x23.png 300w, https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2016\/07\/5-768x58.png 768w, https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2016\/07\/5-676x51.png 676w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;and they will be added!
