NJ Transit Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Through the NJ Transit BusinessPass program<\/a>, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University orders monthly transit passes in bulk for employees, in order to take advantage of “commuter tax benefits” allowed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).<\/p>\n

Through this program, employees save up to $1,000 per year and avoid the hassles of parking, tolls and gas when commuting by car. Interested employees should contact Liz Long<\/a> in Payroll to sign up.<\/p>\n

Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s also offers a free shuttle bus service from the University to the Journal Square Path station, a major transportation hub that connects our community to Manhattan and other regions in New Jersey.<\/p>\n

The Learning Experience<\/h3>\n

Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University and The Learning Experience have formed a partnership to offer all Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University employees a discount on childcare at participating centers. The Learning Experience is a premier childcare center with over 80 locations nationwide. The Learning Experience cares for children between the ages of six weeks and six years of age. Included in the price of tuition are seven different enrichment programs, a phonics program, as well as a hot lunch program at participating centers. All of the centers are open year round, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 6:30pm and are closed only seven days a year.<\/p>\n

All Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University employees receive a 10% discount (off of the tuition) plus AM and PM fees waived.<\/p>\n

Plum Benefits<\/h3>\n

Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University offers employees Plum Benefits, is a free and exclusive service that provides members with access and discounts to a variety of entertainment offers.<\/p>\n

Plum Benefits presents members with information and discounts on the most popular shows, concerts, and restaurants in New York City.<\/p>\n

The Buyer’s Edge<\/h3>\n

Buyer’s Edge Inc.<\/a> is a consumer buying service that guarantees the lowest prices on most major purchases in the tri-state area. The Buyer’s Edge offers buy-by-phone and buy-in-person programs to help Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s\u00a0University employees pay the lowest prices on many purchases, including major appliances\/TVs, cars, furniture, luggage, fine jewelry, audio, travel and much more.<\/p>\n
