The department includes <strong>Facilities and Cleaning Services<\/strong>, contracted to\u00a0<strong>Collins Building Services<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0<strong>Mail Room and Printing Services<\/strong> (129 Glenwood Avenue).<\/p>\n<p>Additional functions within Campus Services include contracting, project management, and construction coordination.<\/p>\n<p>Campus Services plays a critical role in supporting the University\u2019s mission by ensuring that facilities and grounds are safe, clean, efficient, and well maintained. The department works to extend the useful life of University buildings, safeguard institutional assets, support capital and renovation projects, and advance environmental sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Through a commitment to service excellence, accountability, and cost-effective operations, Campus Services strives to meet the evolving needs of students, faculty, staff, and visitors, while contributing to a welcoming and functional campus environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Members of the\u00a0University Community may submit a <a title=\"Maintenance Request\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/campus-services\/maintenance-request\/\">Request for Maintenance<\/a>\u00a0online.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not use this form for extermination requests for the residence halls.\u00a0 Instead, contact Karen in Residence Life at (201) 761-7130 or <a href=\"mailto:reslife@saintpeters.edu\">reslife@saintpeters.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Authorization Request<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Request copies of keys with the\u00a0<a title=\"Key Authorization Form\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogs.dir\/189\/files\/2012\/06\/keyAuthorizationRequest.pdf\">Key Authorization Request<\/a> form.\u00a0 Because it requires signatures it must be printed, completed, and returned to\u00a0University Services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Campus Services is responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of the University\u2019s physical infrastructure and essential support services.
