The first panel included: Naeem Queen, Shennell “Coca” Garner, Diego Rueda and Tia Flowers with faculty advisor David Surrey. This group presented, “Beyond Dick and Jane: Recognizing the Many Others in the Curriculum and on Campus.”<\/p>\n
Students Yeimy Fuentes, Selena Guzman and Maia “Cami” Santacruz” and faculty advisor Mary Kate Natuus presented, “Students as Change Agents in Social Entrepreneurship Studies.”<\/p>\n
“Struggling Together as Well as Apart,” was presented by students Mehak Ahmed with faculty advisor Donal Malone.<\/p>\n
“Our Language is the Immigrant: First Generation Students as Interpreter for their Faculty, their Parents and Themselves,” was presented by Wendy Pesantes and Michelle Perez with faculty advisor David Surrey.<\/p>\n
“The Uneven Trajectories of Undocumented Young Adults,” was presented by Joseph DeLorenzo, Christian Ugaz and Anyelina Alvarado with faculty advisor Alex Trillo.<\/p>\n
